Announcing . . .
Kindergarten Registration
for the 2010–2011 school year
February 1 – 5, 2010
A child is eligible for kindergarten next fall if he/she is five years of age on or before September 1, 2010. Register your child at your local elementary school during the week of February 1–5 (9:00 am - 3:45 pm). Approximate school boundaries and school address/phone info.
Your child's birth certificate is needed to officially register,
so please be certain to bring it, along with
your child’s immunization record. |
Registration will take about 30 minutes, and your kindergarten-eligible child need not be present to register. You may print the necessary forms below and complete them before you come to register your child, but you must register in person. You may not mail or email the forms.

OPEN ENROLLMENT
Application period for the 2010 - 2011 school year is February 1–19, 2010
Wisconsin's inter-district public school open enrollment program allows parents to apply for their children to attend a school district other than the one in which they live. Parents must complete an online application no earlier than February 1, 2010, and no later than February 19, 2010 by 4:00 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.
To complete an online application go to the DPI website
At this time, once a student is accepted to attend D.C. Everest under open enrollment, the student may continue to attend the district without having to reapply every year. Annually parents will receive a mailing requesting that you confirm your child will continue to attend under the open enrollment program, verify your demographic information and return it to us.
For more information contact Rhonda Haas at 359-4221, extension 1245.
